Urine Specimen Collector Mock Test Kit

The Lifeloc Urine Specimen Collector Mock Test Kit provides you with the training materials needed to complete proctored mock tests for Urine Specimen Collector Certification without using the collection materials sent to you by your laboratory. This kit is compliant for use in mock testing for Federal Urine Specimen Collections, regardless of what laboratory your facility uses to submit specimen collections.

These training supplies mimic the collection supplies used in real-world testing to ensure the best educational outcome. The Federal Drug Testing Custody & Control Forms (CCF) are 5-part carbonless forms with two adhesive bottle seals, as required by Department of Transportation.

The Lifeloc Urine Specimen Collector Mock Test Kit includes:

• (6) Federal Drug Testing Custody & Control Forms (CCF)
• (6) Split Specimen Cups

These forms are printed specifically for mock testing and do not tie to a specific laboratory, nor do they include active Specimen ID Numbers. The trainer or student will be required to manually write information in Step 1 for the Employer, MRO and Collection Site as they are not pre-printed forms.

The Split Cups include the collection cup, two split specimen bottles and the plastic bag with an absorbent pad for packaging.
