Ordering & Shipping Information

Lifeloc accepts orders online from companies located within the US and Canada. A secure account can be established by going to Create Account and registering as a new customer. All accounts registered online are initially set up as credit card accounts.

Online orders via the Lifeloc shopping cart receive automatic email confirmations. Tracking numbers and shipment method can be viewed on your invoice, which is accessible through your online account. Invoices are available one business day after shipment of your order.

As a service to our customers, Lifeloc does not require a minimum order quantity or minimum order dollar amount on orders placed.

All orders placed online are subject to approval by Lifeloc.

Lifeloc is required to charge sales tax on shipments to Colorado, Michigan and Washington states only.

As a courtesy to our customer base, Lifeloc accepts the following credit card payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB.

Lifeloc accepts purchase orders from many agencies or businesses. If you wish to set up payment terms other than credit card, please complete the Lifeloc credit application and submit to custsrv@lifeloc.com.

Orders that are placed via the Lifeloc shopping cart by Midnight MST are shipped the next business day. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. On request we will also ship via Freight collect, which can be noted when selecting shipment options. Lifeloc ships all orders via UPS or FedEx.

Neither FedEx or UPS will ship to PO Boxes. If this is your only available address then please email orders@lifeloc.com to place order.

Please note that we cannot ship via Ground service to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipments to these states shall be made via 1 or 2 day air service. If ground is selected on the order, Lifeloc will override this to an appropriate air freight option.

Estimated shipping and handling charges are calculated at time of online order placement. The invoice provided will reflect final charges.

Domestic customers may obtain a shipping and handling rate quotes by visiting www.lifeloc.com and selecting product that may be purchased.

Dry gas tanks are considered Hazardous Materials. Hazardous material shipments incur additional charges which are included in the S&H rates given. Dry gas tanks cannot be shipped via US Mail services or to PO boxes.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DRY GAS TANKS CANNOT BE RETURNED TO LIFELOC. All orders containing dry gas tanks are considered final.

International Shipments

Lifeloc only accepts shopping cart orders from US and Canadian customers. For all other international inquiries please email international@lifeloc.com.

For our Canadian customers, if placing orders online, Lifeloc will contact you regarding shipment method and estimated shipping and handling rates.

Although Lifeloc offers shipment of hazardous materials to Canada, we are limited by UPS and FedEx as to locations serviced. If you are interested in obtaining a rate quote for hazardous materials to Canada please email shipping@lifeloc.com with complete address and part numbers that you wish to purchase.

International customers are responsible for ALL duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for any and all orders. Lifeloc does NOT prepay and add these fees to invoices for our customers.

Please email orders@lifeloc.com to initiate returns. Returns must be received in new and unused condition, freight prepaid and Return Authorization number clearly marked on the package.

Lifeloc reserves the right to not issue credit to our customers if product returned is not in new and unused condition.

If the return request is due to an error by Lifeloc

For return requests due to defective merchandise or shipping errors please notify Lifeloc within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. Depending on circumstances, Lifeloc will make the appropriate arrangements to correct errors.

If you wish to return product for any other reason

All product returns must be communicated to Lifeloc within 10 business days of receiving said item(s). All returns are subject to a restocking fee and all shipping charges are to be prepaid before sending items to Lifeloc. In order to receive a credit/refund, all item(s) must be in new and unused condition.

Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the product, Lifeloc will issue a credit/refund, less the original shipping charges and restocking fee.

Products must be received at Lifeloc within 10 business days of receiving return agreement or credit will not be issued.

Lifeloc does not accept product returns without appropriate RMA number and is not obligated to credit product returned by customers without such authorization.

Lifeloc cannot accept returns of Calibration Gas tanks due to hazardous materials regulations.
