BAT Instructor Handbook CD

This CD handbook is the U.S. Department of Transportation’s model course to train Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT) to perform breath alcohol testing in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40 of the U.S Department of Transportation's Alcohol Testing Procedures.
